You have 90 days from the date of the original purchase to request for a refund to be processed. Any request received after the 90 day time limit will not be processed.

In the very unlikely event that DNA Solutions Pty Ltd releases a verifiable erroneous result for a particular sample, within 90 days from the order date DNA Solutions will reimburse the client the amount paid to DNA Solutions Pty Ltd to perform that specific dna test for that specific sample only.
